Beef Smoe (Sri Lankan Pot Roast)

Beef smoe is essentially a Sri Lankan pot roast. The beef is marinated overnight in our special, homemade curry powder and other aromatic spices, and then slow cooked for 4 hours until it is tender enough to slice with a spoon.

Carve and serve with the gravy as a main or save the leftovers, slice up and pair with our homemade mustard in a sandwich.
