Having had its start in the Hawkesbury, Herft Creations now services most of Sydney’s suburbs with our Sri Lankan Fusion cuisine. Herft Creations not only presents the unique culinary culture of Sri Lanka, but we also use the spices, herbs and methods associated with it to put our distinctive touch on dishes that are delightfully exquisite and bursting with flavour, culminating in a cuisine that we call Sri Lankan Fusion.

Our menus and grazing platters are a bold flirtation between East and West, crossing borders, oceans and land masses, to bring you a selection that will titillate the senses and leave you craving for more.

Herft Creations caters for small to medium events (no event is too small), provides private chef services, conducts Sri Lankan cooking classes and creates grazing platters that bring the best of Sri Lankan flavours to your conventional charcuterie board.
